2014 FLEETWOOD SEARCHER 31M, 31' long, $51,000.00 Murray, UT. I have had this motor home for about a year and have loved using it. However, I have taken a position overseas and cannot keep it. I am asking for my current loan to be covered. The price includes one year storage in Salt Lake. I have prepaid for an outside storage space in a secure lot that is paid for through November of 2019. I will also pay for a mechanical inspection.This is a Fleetwood Jamboree Searcher, model 31M, miles are 59K. The motor home is in great condition with no issues. All maintenance have been kept up with. The tires are new. There is a queen bed in the back with a good sized closet and TV facing the bed. The TV has a CD player built in. There is a complete kitchen. The stove, oven, and fridge run on propane. There is also a microwave. There is a complete bathroom. The dinette folds down into a bed that can sleep one adult. The couch lays down flat and can accommodate a dog or a child. The overhead cab space has space for a blowup mattress, twin size. There are two slide outs creating more indoor space; one in the dinning area and the other in the bedroom. Outside of the RV is the awning for shade, an outside radio with CD player. There is also an outdoor shower. The tanks are standard. A fresh water tank, a grey, and a black tank. The front, car end, is a Ford engine and runs on gas. There is also a generator, a propane tank. There is both heat and AC for climate control. For an added bonus there is a small pet door in the side door of the RV. There is a secure plastic slide on the inside and a second cover on the outside for when not in use. My dog just loved being able to get in and out of the RV as he needed to. You set up a fenced area in the front area and he just hangs out either inside or outside.
