Does anyone have an interest in purchasing a 38’ 2003 Winnebago Adventurer, with Workhouse chassis, 8.1 liter Ford gas engine in extremely good condition. It's a 2003 but so much updated and renewed. $35,000.00 New roof, new tires, new awnings, updated radio and TV’s….really great sound system. Recently replaced engine belts and hoses and complete engine tune up along with recently replaced engine and house batteries. Recently replaced gas struts on under carriage storage doors. Just completed 45 point inspection by Camping World where anything found was fixed up…among the fixes…new generator carburetor and generator service, also replaced HWH leveling-jacks control box. New front door handle-and-lock mechanism. This unit is parked at a private home in the Denton area. It has two slides with roller awnings over each as well as central air conditioning ,heat pump, 40,000 BTU furnace, 10 gal. gas/electric water heater, Corian kitchen center, solar panel battery charger, HWH hydraulic leveling jacks, back-up camera, and leather swivel seats, lounge chair, power fold out couch, queen bed, two TVs , Onan 5,500 watt generator and many more options to numerous to mention. The RV also features a surround sound speaker system. The living area is plush cloth that is excellent condition. The sofa folds out into a large very comfortable queen size bed. Across from the sofa is a lazy boy. The leather driver and passenger seats are both in excellent condition. Both swivel to create a larger living area. The kitchen has a convection microwave oven, propane oven and stove and built in coffee maker. Overhead vent fan and a nice modern fridge in great working condition that runs on propane or electricity. The bathroom has a beautiful shower with skylight. All the windows are encased in nice treatments and upgraded trim package.
